New Personal Chef Menu

This week Yes, Chef! will be starting a personal chef service for a new customer and I've got five weeks of menus written and ready to roll. The good news is that if other customers want to hop on board, just give me a couple of days notice and I can make you a lunch or dinner or more! Orders for Monday-Wednesday must be in by Saturday morning and Thursday-Friday Meals need to be ordered by Tuesday to coordinate with my shopping/cooking schedule. Meals are $15 each and are ready to heat and eat.

Here's the menu for April 7-9 (Order by April 5)



Monday


Lunch Gluten Free Penne Pasta with Grilled Chicken and Seasonal Veggies/ Fresh Fruit


Dinner  Boneless Pork Ribs/Roasted Chili Sweet Potatoes/Sauteed Green Beans


Tuesday


Lunch  Spinach Quiche/Caesar Salad


Dinner  Beef Fajita Burrito Bowls/Corn Tortillas/Tossed Salad


Wednesday


Lunch Chicken Salad with Grapes & Cinnamon Pecans on Chopped Romaine


Dinner  Sweet Potato Hash with Turkey Sausage/Steamed Broccoli

Thursday


Lunch Grilled Turkey Burger/Dilly GF Pasta Salad/Fruit


Dinner Roasted Beef Tenderloin/Seasonal Veggies/ Whipped Cauliflower


Friday


Lunch  Beef Fried Rice with Stir-fried Veggies/Fresh Fruit

Dinner  Oven Fried Fish with Dill Sauce, Fresh Asparagus, New Potatoes
